SWIG officially supports eLua

LTR compatible wrapper generation for eLua has been accepted by the SWIG community.
The patch was merged into main trunk. For now, the code can be obtained through a GNU
tarball from the official SWIG SVN repository.

LTR compatible SWIG can certainly be put to good use. The generated wrapper was tested
on LM3S8962 and TRICORE.
