SVN checkout

Hi all,
I was trying to do a SVN checkout right now, but I receive an error message.
When I use:

svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/elua/trunk

I get this message:
svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.berlios.de': Connection refused

Do anyone know about any server errors or something that could be happening now?

I had the same error message, i think sometimes this server doesnt work, a few weeks ago i tried to download another file the same server but i cant did that.

I can't tell you what is happening guys and I'm sorry for that.
An svn update has just brought me the latest Snyder's perls :), so the server is up and running.
But indeed, the annonimous access doesn't seem to be working at this moment :(

   Annonimous svn checkout from the repo has been working fine for a while now.
   Aparently, it was a momentary server issue.
