How to change FLASH start address?

Hi,

does anyone know how to change start address of the FLASH in lm3s9b96.
I tried to change this parameter in cpu_lm3s9b92 file and in .ld file but it didn't work -
program started correctly but when I tried to use wofs file I had some hard faults.
